Upholstery Update

We are moving along on our upholstery projects. We will be picking out fabrics really soon!

Lauren reattached the springs to her chair using a very scary tool otherwise known as a "clinching" tool. It punches little staples into the webbing, holding the springs in place. Very helpful tool!

I secured the webbing to the back and sides of my chair.

  1. Fabric is the hardest part for me. It's expensive and there are so many options! I always have buyers remorse. My advice is to buy your top three picks and try not to think about cost. You can never have too much fabric. Love your stuff btw!

  2. Thanks for the advice! I'm starting to wonder how on earth we'll decide. I like the buy three idea... we'll use the extra somehow right ;)?

Question -- Do you/have you purchased fabric online, or do you recommend absolutely seeing it in person first?
